    The Collective

    For Individuals & Businesses

    The Collective is a new tier of membership for those who want to be the tip of the spear! If you’re professionally-minded, hungry to make a difference, committed to giving, and ready to contribute to a cause that makes a difference around the world, we invite you to join The Collective.

    This tier of membership involves assessing and improving the Engager Experience and guiding the Board on how we give through participation in our Advisory Council. The Collective is capped at 15 people. Members of The Collective donate $125/mo or $1,500 a year.

    Here you see Engagers with two fingers up on their left hand. THAT is the symbol of the 5th discipline

    When Engagers sign up, they take the 5th Discipline Pledge of Kindness.

    We can only do what we do together so when our Engagers see one another, this is a common way to greet each other - kinda like the motorcyclist nod.
